1. Commitment and Scope
‍1.1 This Policy explains how and why Allan Koba collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Information or Personal Data for our business purposes, consistent with applicable laws. The KAboodle platform (“KAboodle”) has been developed by Allan Koba Compliance Solutions (“Allan Koba”). Our Fair Processing Notice sets out how we process Personal Data generally.

1.2 Allan Koba is committed to protecting the rights and privacy of individuals (including staff, visitors to our websites, clients, subjects of investigations and others) in accordance with data protection laws and we are committed to upholding the core data protection principles.

2. About KAboodle and the KAboodle brochureware site
‍2.1 KAboodle is a revolutionary AI powered platform and harnesses the latest breakthroughs in machine learning and automation, with any data collected being hosted within Allan Koba’s environment. Allan Koba has worked with a software developer to develop and implement KAboodle.

2.2 We have taken great care in building KAboodle to ensure our use of AI is secure and ethical and to assure you of our secure deployment of the KAboodle platform.  

2.3 We have created the KAboodle website for informational purposes, to inform you of the features of the KAboodle platform and the business advantages we expect the platform to provide for our clients.  

2.4 When you visit the KAboodle brochureware site, we may collect personal contact information through contact forms where you wish to submit an enquiry about the platform.  

2.5 We may collect information about the device you use to access the brochureware site.  We may obtain information about your general internet usage by using a cookie file which is stored on the hard drive of your device.   Cookies contain information that is transferred to the hard drive of your device.  For more information about the device data the KAboodle brochureware site will collect, please refer to the cookies policy.

2.6 To comply with the law, Allan Koba will ensure that information processed about individuals is kept to the minimum, collected and used fairly, be accurate, used solely for the purpose intended and stored safely.  We will always take steps to prevent disclosure of Personal Data to unauthorised persons.

3. Types of Personal Data processed by the KAboodle brochureware site
‍3.1 The KAboodle brochureware site does not ordinarily collect Personal Data directly from individuals. This website is a brochureware site which focuses on explaining and showcasing the features of the KAboodle platform to prospective clients.

3.2 The Personal Data Allan Koba may collect via the KAboodle brochureware website processes may fall into the following categories:

This enables us to align our privacy practices with local privacy laws.

4.2 Any individual whose Personal Data we process may contact us at DPO@charlestaylor.com to request information about the types of Personal Data we process about them, the reasons for that processing and how we protect their Personal Data.

4.3 Allan Koba works with business partners for the provision of software development and consultation services, to assist us in managing project timelines and to ensure compliance with any legal and contractual obligations. Any Personal Data shared with these business partners will be used solely for these purposes.

5. Data Minimisation
‍5.1 Allan Koba will only process Personal Data on the brochureware website in so far as it is reasonably necessary to do so. Data will only be collected and shared with our business partners where necessary in order to manage our business needs. All data shared will be subject to contractual terms and will be handled in line with all applicable data protection laws.

5.2 Allan Koba will review its data inventories on a periodical basis, no less than once a year.

6. Data Integrity
‍6.1 Allan Koba will take steps to ensure, where reasonably practicable, that all Personal Data we process shall be accurate and up to date.

6.2 We provide the right to rectification of errors in your Personal Data and we consider them without undue delay on receipt of a written request from, or on behalf of, an individual seeking to rectify their Personal Data.

7. Data Retention
‍7.1 Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy. If at any point we include this option on our site, it will be an opt in option and not an opt out.  

7.2 We will keep your Personal Data only for so long as is necessary and for the purpose for which it was originally collected. We may need to retain it for as long as there is any possibility that either you or we may wish to bring a legal claim, or where we are required to keep your Personal Data due to legal or regulatory reasons.

7.3 We have implemented reasonable restrictions on the retention of Personal Data, including disposal once that data has outlived the legitimate purpose for which it was collected. 9. Appropriate Technical and Organisational Measures
‍9.1 Allan Koba takes information security seriously. We outsource our general Information Technology services provision to a company which has in place security measures which meet various industry standards. For example, it is ISO 27001 Certified.

9.2 We continuously monitor our information security and work hard to meet our own high expectations in this regard, and the expectations of our industry clients and of data subjects.  

9.3 Your Personal Data will only be shared with those of our staff or our business partners who have a need to see it for the legitimate purposes of carrying out our business and we work hard to maintain a culture of privacy awareness.

10. Changes to this Policy
‍10.1 This Privacy Policy comes into effect on 11/19/2025
